Kbeverage is a Limited company owned by Kavita and Alok Yadav - Starbucks latest licensees. In May 2015 Kbeverage Ltd was set up to trade under the Starbucks name to develop Starbucks stores.
With over 30000 stores worldwide Starbucks plans to open around 1000 franchise stores in the UK over the next 5-7 years, partnering with a maximum of 25 local licensees.

Kbeverage was created by Alok - he took the K from Kamla (his mother's name) and placed it in front of one of the most recognizable nouns used for the word drink. MEET THE TEAM
Kavita joined Kbeverage in December 2017. Kavita grew up in Haryana, India, and came to the UK in 2010 to study International Business Management. Subjects that she studied in university were: international marketing, managing people, communication in business, marketing, information system, fundamentals of e-business, data analysis and finance. Kavita has worked in many food retailers including Dominos, KFC and Pizza Hut delivery, working her way up from team member to business development manager. Kavita will be actively overseeing the business in general, ensure that the company remains in budget in particular when building new stores.
Alok Yadav is originally from India. He came to the United Kingdom in 2007 to work for Dominos Pizza. He worked his way up from team member to Store manager in a few short years and then became a Pizza Hut delivery franchisee opening multiple stores across the country. Receiving an opportunity to work with Starbucks was an important step in his career which allowed him not only to challenge himself within a different environment but also to grow as a businessman while living Starbucks values. Alok controls the everyday management of the business and ensures that the company maintains a good level of finance, as well as opening new stores, maintaining operations, and improving sales. He ensures new sites are located and proceed within appropriate timings in order to grow and establish the business. He is a firm but fair man that likes to push a team to success.
Vikas is a graduate from India. His background is in bookkeeping, ha spent 6 years in bookkeeping in India. Vikas came to the UK in 2010 where he worked at Dominos Pizza UK for 2 years. Over the past 3 years he has worked alongside Alok and Rachael Yadav carrying out essential bookkeeping tasks and looking after aspects of the operations in Pizza hut delivery. Vikas will take on the HR role, maintaining bookkeeping, invoice handling and other financial aspects in the office.
Mohit has vast experience in hospitality management and has worked with Alok and Rachael for the past 4 years in Dominos Pizza and Pizza Hut, reaching management position in Pizza Hut delivery. Within Kbeverage he looks after all Kbeverage store's performance, makes sure all partners are following standards and maintaining Starbucks values in stores. Mohit also looks into areas and locations for newly opening shops. With being a performance driven person Mohit prioritizes the highest standards to be in place in order for partners to be able to provide the best Starbucks experience for every customer. He is working as Operations manager, managing the day-to-day running of the business including the back of office work, maintenance, and marketing.
Erika has joined Kbeverage as a Shift Supervisor and has worked her way up to an Operations Lead position within the company. She looks after 11 stores in the East Midlands-North Lincolnshire area and ensures that every partner is making every moment right for our customers as well as follows business needs accordingly too. She has been responsible for hiring, training, set up and opening of our new stores, including looking after social media coverage before and through opening. As an Operations Lead, she supports and looks after the Area Choach performance. Erika is also greatly passionate about coffee and has been our company's Barista Champion two years in a row and continues inspiring all partners across the business.
Dorota, better know as Dee, came to the United Kingdom in 2004 after finishing IT studies in Poland. She started work for Esso petrol stations where she got promoted from Cashier to Supervisor, then to Store Managers' position in 2007. After that, her love for customer service led her to run a restaurant and try her abilities in hospitality. With Dee's experience in both retail and hospitality, she decided to have the best of both worlds and joined Starbucks. After working in our Norwich stores she took over Ipswich Drive Thru to lead a successful team and store until she moved to be trained as Area Coach for East Anglia and is currently looking after 9 stores. Dee loves reading and cooking and whenever possible she goes to visit her family back in Poland.
Ashley has worked within the retail sector for over 30 years starting his career as an architectural technician within a shop fitting dept, which gave him a greater understanding of the practical issues and challenges that any retail fit out team face each day. With over twenty years experience of project management in the retail sector including New and Refitting of General stores, Drug stores, Pharmacies, Food and Beverage outlets in High streets, Shopping centers, Airports, Rail stations and Non-public locations. Ashley carries out his business activities with honesty, integrity & professionalism. He works to create trusting relationships with clients through providing a customer focused service & being sensitive to clients’ business & programme requirements.
Andrew started his career at Price Bailey where he qualified as a chartered accountant. He has over 19 years experience in practice, dealing with a wide variety of businesses, providing valuable guidance to his clients. He is highly motivated with a keen attention to detail, whilst able to meet tight deadlines. Andrew lives with his wife in Norfolk and during his spare time, likes to read, walk his dog, and visit the local theatre. Andrew also holds a BSc in Accountancy.
